Owners Luis and Chelsea worked in the moving industry running Chelsea’s parents’ multi-million dollar moving company in California. After moving from California to Florida, they started their own company. United Family Movers hit the ground running with their experience and passion.

Luis and Chelsea focused on what needed to change in the moving industry and put their energy into making changes to better serve the Fort Lauderdale community.

United Family Movers is one of a few companies that provide flat rate quotes for all local and long-distance moves. This allows for quality moves while taking the stress out of watching a clock and being charged by the hour.

Second was the culture of the industry. Luis and Chelsea wanted their team to win with them. That is why we named our business United Family Movers.
