Moving is always stressful. I dread it. Finding the right moving company is always a gamble too. After reading all the great reviews about United Family Movers, I decided to take a risk and hire them. I’m glad I did.My first interaction was with Michaela and her sister Chelsea. Went above and beyond answering all my questions and with a smile. The price was very reasonable which did make me ask more questions. Wanted to make sure there were no hidden charges. There weren’t.Day of moving finally arrived and I had Mike and Sime: these guys are strong and fast. And considering they finished a job the night before at 2:00am and still had a smile on their faces, I was impressed.The entire move took 4 hours from pick up to delivery which was incredible if you know that moves usually take longer. I did have all my packing done with exception of a few things. But still, that’s impressive timing.Highly recommend. Will call again on my next move.

Edward and (Sorry I did not get his name) were on time and quickly got the job done. Very Friendly and professional. United Family made the entire process from booking to the actual move without any added stress. Fair pricing and exceptional service. We had the three nicest,considerate,polite and hard working men today.The dynamic trio! Ace,Ricky and Louis were truly the absolute best! I was so impressed with the professionalism and competence of the WHOLE crew, including Luis the manager. I had tried unsuccessfully, with 5 friends, to get the sofa into rhe elevator. I was ashamed to witness that just 2 of your guys got it done. I do recommend, with no reserve, your services to anyone caring about their stuff !!! Not one scratch or damage. My move with United Family Movers went flawlessly from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The individuals with whom I coordinated the move (Mikhaila, Chelsea, and Amelia) were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The team that actually did the move (packing, transport, and delivery) were amazing. John was the Team Lead and he was very professional and friendly. To say that the moving team was competent is an understatement. This is the best moving experience I have ever had (I was in the military for 25 years and my family and I have moved a total of 11 times). I will definitely recommend United Family Movers to all my friends and family.

The first part of a very large move happened with precision. I could not have been happier with John and his team Edward and Lou. They were friendly, energetic, accommodating, cheerful, kind and caring about me and my things.The second part needed more trucks and men. In addition to John and Lou, Tim and his team came through with flying colors. Again never a complaint or scowl or unkind word although it was a very long day. I can’t say how much I appreciate the treatment I received.I give the men that did the actual move and the company 10 🌟

Luis and Chelsy are incredible people to work with. We have ALOT of stuff... We ended up needing 2.5 trucks to get us moved. They showed up on time, wrapped everything professionally, and worked very hard and quickly. It is hard to find reliable and honest people in South Florida and this team is just that. Transparent through the whole process and did a great job. I would definitely recommend United Family to anyone looking for a smooth move!

Moving can be a hassle but John and his team didn’t make it feel that way. They were friendly and respectful. They treated our apartment with care while moving things out of it into our new home. The items moved, which included two TVs, were handled professionally and they were so easy to work with. They waited until I was satisfied with the placement of all the items, cleaned up after themselves and were very quick. They were affordable and stood true to the agreed quote. I would highly recommend this team. They went above and beyond. Thank you for the amazing service!

Used United Family a 2nd time to move me into my new home, as they did a great job 1st go around. The crew, Mike, Ace, and Semie were excellent. They took their time carefully unloading and reassembling all our furniture and boxes and placing them in the proper rooms. Would highly recommend this company and crew!

Amazing company and worth every penny! My boyfriend needed to move from Oakland Park to Orlando and they were able to pack everything and safely! They made it Orlando in record time with no issues at all. Both Chelsea and Michaela did an amazing job is reserving everything and making sure things were ready to go for move in date.

Edward and Yonny were great! Edward was actually teaching him how to do the job more efficiently and Yonny is a quick learner and very enthusiastic. Top notch service, thanks guys!!!Chelsea was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She helped me iron out all of the obstacles that I was facing during this move.
